Which plans include the FlyHR app?
The standard FlyHR app comes with the Agency plan at no extra cost. On Starter or Business, you can order a custom-branded app instead.
What is the difference between the standard app and a custom-branded app?
The standard app is called FlyHR and your team downloads it from Google Play or the App Store. A custom-branded app carries your own name, logo and colours. We build it and publish it under your own Play Store and App Store accounts.
How much does a custom-branded app cost?
Choose Android, iOS or both. Yearly: $249, $349 or $449. Lifetime: $499, $649 or $899 (was $1,299, 30% off). Yearly orders have a one-time $49 setup fee for the build, branding and store launch. Lifetime orders include setup free.
What do I need on my WordPress site?
FlyHR on the Agency plan, or a custom-branded app order. After you buy, App Bridge and an app licence key appear in your account. Install App Bridge, choose FlyHR, and paste the app licence key under App Bridge → License. Your plan key does not activate the app.
Who can sign in to the app?
Anyone with the employee role in FlyHR signs in with their WordPress username and password. Admins and HR managers need the employee role too, and they also get team leave requests in the app.
Where is my HR data stored?
On your own WordPress site. The app reads and saves data through App Bridge, so no copy sits with a third party.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The $49 setup fee on yearly branded apps is non-refundable.
